Would definitely recommand Casa Bonzay. Nice and very clean rooms, shower with hot water, good location, great communication with the host. For us the pillows and bed were quiet hard, but that is personal. Thank you very much!
Cozy accommodation with shared kitchen. The host is very friendly and organised our tour of the lagoon for us.
Our best experience in Mexico. Zayed is an amazing host — helpful, warm, and very knowledgeable. He gives great local tips. The house has everything you need: hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wonderful terrace. We also joined a sunset boat tour on the Lagoon of Seven Colors with Zayed, and it was a fantastic choice. Beautiful memories and stunning photos. To top it all off, Zayed even gave us a ride to the terminal. Thank you so much!
Great homestay. The room is clean and spacious. AC and fan work. The bed is firm, and sheets are clean. The bathroom is clean, and towels are included. Zayed is a great host available to answer any issues. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge. The terrace is a great place to relax. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Bonzay! The room was really comfortable, spacious, clean and really well located! Zayed was always super helpful and attentive, and we felt really welcomed! Would definitely come back!
Best place to stay in Bacalar! Location is best of both worlds of close to everything, and quiet with a local feel (plus the market is 2 min away!!). Zayed, the host, is the friendliest and most helpful person we've met so far on our trip. The house is very clean, with a beautiful balcony that you'll want to hang out at (morning coffee, yoga, work, etc), and rooms that have everything you need. WiFi is good though sometimes spotty, AC works great, kitchen is very well equipped and great to cook in, plus free drinking water. Can't recommend enough!
